The purpose of this questionnaire is to help me understand how your attention naturally works, so I can suggest ways of reducing food noise, weakening cravings, and making it easier to stay at your chosen weight.
For example, when attention becomes too narrow, rigid, or emotionally charged, cravings feel stronger, urges feel more urgent, and it becomes difficult to see beyond the immediate desire to eat.
It takes about 10 minutes to complete.

You will receive a personalised outline of how you could make your attention more flexible, together with a sketch of the first four weeks of your training.
It will be highly specific to you, your personality, and your natural attention preferences because it will be based on the results of your 28-question Attention Flow Questionnaire.
