See yourself in a large mirror with a gentle smile on your face, your posture straight, your body healthy and strong. Feel the pride in your chest, your shoulders soft, your breath easy, your hands warm. Let that feeling fill your whole body for a few breaths.

 

This is your Anchor Image — the emotional memory of success. Each time you practise it your brain learns - this is what success feels like.
