The moment you stop trying to control the urge
is often the moment it begins to change.
INCLUDE

Feel both hands for a moment to widen (diffuse) - your attention.
Then look at your craving - the yoghurt, the snack, whatever is calling you and notice the sensation in your body that the craving triggers.
Then keep feeling that sensation while staying aware of your hands.
Notice that I’m not asking you to fight it or distract yourself from the craving. I’m asking you to INCLUDE it in your awareness instead.
You simply allow sensations to be present while keeping attention wide.
When effort drops, urges often change naturally.
