Eligibility Form
Fill the Eligibility Form and click submit.

Discovery call
Once your submission is accepted, we will send you a booking link for a 15-minute discovery call during which we will review your responses and clarify your goals.

Onboarding Call
It will be followed by an onboarding call with Dr. Kopec who will familiarize you with the program structure.

Enroling the Program
Once you are fully onboarded, you can start the program.
