Want to Lose Weight and Keep it Off?

.

Learn how to reduce hunger, stop cravings, and silence food noise with mind training

The problem you may be facing

>

You’re doing everything right.
You're following the plan, exercising and eating healthy.

And yet, something still feels off.

.

.

The food noise won’t leave you alone. Thoughts about what to eat next keep popping up. Cravings feel constant and exhausting. Chocolate at night. Salty snacks after work. Emotional eating when stress hits. You feel close to bingeing again, and powerless against the urges.

The scale stays stuck on the same number, and it’s frustrating and discouraging. You might feel anxious, ashamed, or even guilty, like you’ve somehow let yourself down.

But this isn’t because you’re weak. It’s because stress, pressure, and emotional overload push the brain into survival mode. And that’s the hidden battle most people are never taught how to work with.

Mind training for weight loss

.

Even if your diet is solid and you work out regularly, there is still something more you need to do to protect your weight loss.

.

.

The missing third pillar is mind training which gives you the tools to stop cravings and quiet the food noise before it makes you feel out of control again.

How it works
Here are the steps you will follow:

1. FIND THE SENSATION

Notice where you feel hunger or

craving in you body

2. DIFFUSE YOUR ATTENTION
Open you awarness to include both the sensation and other areas of your body

3. QUIET IT
Stay in this open, diffused awareness

until sensation softens on its own.

4. MAKE IT AUTOMATIC
With practice, your brain will respond

differently to cravings day by day

5. PROTECT YOUR RESULTS

With regular mind training you create lasting weight maintenance

Science-backed method

.

The technique you will practice is an attention training called Open Focus.

It is a mind training that helps to shift from a narrow, stressful focus to a more relaxed, expansive state of awareness

.

It was developed by Dr Lester Fehmi, a neuroscientist and psychologist based in Princeton. This method is based on neurofeedback research.

It makes your mind very quiet, and it helps reduce chosen sensations or feelings, such as hunger, cravings, food noise, anxiety, or even physical pain.

These mind exercises are simple, guided, and designed for beginners. If you’ve tried meditation or mindfulness before, you may find it familiar, but you don’t need any prior experience to benefit.
