Today, I’ll talk about the next part of the process which allows you to - QUIET - the craving.

 

Start as usual with: Pause → Diffuse → Include the craving.

 

Then, difffuse your attention even more and become aware of the empty space around your body.

 

You’ll notice your mind becoming very quiet, and your body beginning to relax. 

 

It may take a moment, but gradually you’ll notice that the craving loses its power. It may try to rebuild itself, but it always eventually quietens.

 

Take five minutes today to try a short mind exercise. It will help you diffuse your attention even more by helping you become aware of space.
