Why Do You Need This?
At least 80% of people regain weight after stopping GLP-1 RA meds. Most felt confident it wouldn’t happen to them… just like you. They forgotten what it was like to battle hunger and cravings on a daily basis. After stopping they fell into the GLP-1 RA Double Trap.
The GLP- 1 RA DOUBLE TRAP:
INCREASED APPETITE
Your body begins to rely on its natural GLP-1 hormone again, which is weaker than the synthetic version you've been injecting.
As a result, you experience increased hunger which is stronger than before you started the meds.
REDUCED METABOLIC RATE
Mostly caused by muscle loss that occurs during GLP-1 RA treatment.
A reduced metabolic rate means that you should eat less than before you started medications to maintain your weight.
So, when you stop GLP-1 RA, hunger returns fast, but you need to eat less than before you started injecting. It is hard, and that’s why most regain weight. Learn how to stay on track and keep the weight off. Start with the Free Guide. Click the button below.

What method is used?

During the course you will practice a self help technique called Open Focus Attention Training.
It is a mind training exercise that helps to shift from a narrow, stressful focus to a more relaxed, expansive state of awareness.
It was developed by Dr. Lester Fehmi, a neuroscientist and psychologist based in Princeton. This method is grounded in neurofeedback research.
Through guided mind exercises, you learn how to diffuse your attention. This means you can become aware of a wide array of stimuli, along with the space between them, at the same time.
It immediately makes your mind very quiet, and over time, it helps reduce chosen sensations or feelings, such as hunger, cravings, food noise, anxiety, or even physical pain.
