.Quiet the Craving
6-Day Inner Transformation
THE ANCHOR IMAGE
.
Today, I’ll talk about the last part of the process — IMAGINE.
When your mind becomes quiet and the craving begins to lose its pull, stay aware of your hands, your body, and the surrounding space — including the craving — and gently close your eyes.
Now imagine yourself four to six weeks from today: food feels peaceful, your weight is naturally balancing, and you feel light and steady. See yourself in a large mirror — a gentle smile on your face, your posture straight, your body healthy and strong. Feel the pride in your chest, your shoulders soft, your breath easy, your hands warm. Let that feeling fill your whole body for a few breaths.
This is your Anchor Image — the emotional memory of success. Each time you practise, your brain learns: this is what success feels like. The craving fades, and pride takes its place.
Take five minutes today to try the short mind exercise below. It will help you build your Anchor Image, so you can recall it easily whenever you dissolve a craving.
